We look forward to assisting you with your home loan. Please allow me to introduce you to your team that will assist you throughout the approval process. Our goal is to exceed your expectations and earn your respect as a trusted advisor.

Joe Farro is your Mortgage Professional My goal is to assist you in all aspects of the approval process and make absolutely sure you have the best experience when working with us on your home loan.

As a Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist my goal is to provide you with a strategic evaluation of all your finances. This allows me to present you with mortgage options that integrate into your overall long term and short term financial and investment plans, while also showing you ways to minimize tax and interest, manage and improve your cash flow and create wealth opportunities.

Whitney is your Loan Coordinator. She will assist you if I am unavailable and can provide answers to all of your questions. She will coordinate any initial information you share with me so that we can make a proper recommendations upfront to help streamline your approval.

Using advanced tools such as LoanPro, Mortgage Coach and Loan Toolbox, she will provide detailed financial assessments to allow us to identify the best loan options available for your situation. Throughout the loan approval process, she is available to assist you with any needs or questions that you may have, and the experience she has allows her to handle important matters as they happen.

Linda is your Loan Analyst. Her role in serving you begins once we have received your loan application. She will prepare your file and submit it to our underwriter as well as working with you to clear any conditions that may be required by the underwriter in order to obtain approval. Linda is also a former underwriter who has the knowledge and experience to help guide you through the process. Should we need additional items to secure loan approval, Linda will often be the one to work with you on obtaining these items.

Regina is your Loan Closer. She acts as the liaison responsible for coordination of closing documents to the title company and or closing attorney. Regina will see to it that your closing documents and funds are handled professionally, accurately, and with the utmost speed and diligence.
